Shipping policy

All items are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class post unless:

- The order total is over 2kg 
- A different couriers agreed upon prior to dispatch

Current time until dispatch on all quilled pieces is approximately 8 weeks.
All other items will be dispatched within 1 week.
If you require an item by a specific date please let me know as soon as possible. 

Due to the ongoing pandemic, there may be a delay with delivery which is unfortunately out of my control. 
If your item is delayed via the delivery service, please let me know and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Return shipping will be at your own cost and postage price will not be refunded.
